Our unique resort is set on 70 acres of beautiful parkland, overlooking the stunning vista of Rutland Water, the largest man-made area of surface water in the UK. We offer plenty to do on-site with our Pitch & Putt Green, a crazy golf course, gym, and squash court. Rutland Hall is now delighted to announce the launch of Four Roots, a pioneering luxury wellbeing experience designed to rejuvenate mind, body and soul. Four Roots offers guests a personalised four-hour journey encompassing the four dimensions of wellbeing. We are fortunate to be located in the heart of Rutland, the UK’s smallest county. Local attractions offer the opportunity to experience the 11th-century Belvoir Castle & Engine Yard, the ancestral home of the Duke of Rutland for nearly 1,000 years, or visit the nearby historic market towns of Oakham & Uppingham. If you are drawn to the water, you can enjoy a trip on the Rutland Belle, or indulge in some sailing, paddleboarding, fishing, and more.

- No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Pet Information: Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
Other Information
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
- Please be aware resort check-in dates during Christmas and New Year are always 12/23 and 12/30.Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights, incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
- Please be aware that guests who book multiple weeks may be assigned a different unit number for the second week by RCI. RCI cannot guarantee keeping guests in the same unit for both weeks. All allocations are done through RCI. All attempts will be made by the resort to avoid this but this is not always possible.
- Please note that there are different types of units available. Units 1-11 are Cottemore Lodges, units 12, 12A, 18-28 are Burley Lodges, units 14-17 & 31 are Exton Lodges, units 29 & 30 are Manton Lodges, units 32-34 are Garden View Apartments, units 61, 63-65 are Main Hall Apartments, units 44, 45 & 49 are Penthouse Apartments, and units 54-57 & 74-77 are Stable Mews Apartments.

- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- The steam room remains closed for refurbishment. The reopening date is to be confirmed at a later date. Pre-booking of our leisure facilities is advised to ensure availability.
