Unit Info

Ideal for a romantic escape or a relaxing family vacation, all units are open-air, while bedrooms offer closing windows and air conditioning. Studio units sleep up to 2 and have 1 queen or 2 twin beds. One-bedroom units sleep up to 4 and have one bath and one queen bed. All except one 2-bedroom unit sleep up to 6 and have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and a private plunge pool. Three-bedroom units sleep up to 8 and have 3.5 baths. All units except studios also include a sleep sofa. In addition, all units have telephone and TV, and VCR is available upon request. Units 126 & 137 are the only 2bedroom units with no pool.

The All Inclusive fee is OPTIONAL. There are mandatory utility surcharges. The 1 bedroom villa is US$180, 2 bedroom US$215.00 and 3 bedroom is US$250.00 per week or part of a week. Subject to 12.5% VAT (value added tax). Resort has 3 levels and no elevator and is not suitable for for guests with physical limitations. Air conditioning is in bedroom(s) only.

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.

Pet Fee of $100 USD per day; includes deep cleaning charges, water bowls and dog treats. Upon arrival a damage waiver will need to be signed. We allow dogs up to a max of 50 lbs (medium size dog). Dogs must be on a leash at all times while at the resort. Guests should check with their airline carrier on rules and regulations for traveling with a dog, this is not the responsibility of the resort.

Optional All-Inclusive means that you are not required to participate in all-inclusive. You will pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and will have the option to participate in all-inclusive once you arrive at the resort.

Optional All Inclusive Program Fees include a 10% for a service fee charge and 7% fee for a government tax (VAT). The program includes meals, beverages and all water sports offered by the resort. Child Fee applies from 4-11 years old and Teen Fees from 12-17 years old. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. If purchased, the All Inclusive program requires a minimum of three (3) consecutive days and all occupants of the unit must have identical meal plans.
