Island Breeze Resort is located on Phillip Island, one of Victoria's top leisure and recreation areas. The highlight of a visit to Philip Island is the Penguin Parade. As the sun drops below Bass Strait and the evening sets in, penguins come ashore at Summerland Beach to return to their burrows in the dunes. The nearest International Airport is in Melbourne approximately 200km from the resort. From Melbourne take the South Eastern Freeway to the South Gippsland Highway, then follow the signs to Phillip Island - Penguin Parade. On reaching Phillip Island head for Cowes. At the third roundabout in Thompson Avenue, which is the main street, turn left into Church Street. Drive down the hill approximately 1 km, turn right into McHaffie Drive and 100 metres down on the right is Island Breeze. A car is essential to enjoy the area fully. There is no car hire available on the island.

The majority of units have the living area downstairs and the bedrooms/bathrooms are located upstairs. They may not be suitable for the disabled, elderly or families with very young children. Please note it is not possible for the Resort to allow early check in.
