BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Helsinki Vantaa - 130kms. BY ROAD: From the airport follow exit signs and then signs to Keha III (circle road III). Take the left exit to Keha III Itan (east). Follow the signs for road 4 (marked with red signs) for approx 8 KMS until you come to the exit for road 4/Lahti. On road 4 drive until Lahti. When passing Lahti the road splits into two, take road 5 towards Mikkeli. Just before Heinola take the exit towards Vierumaki and Suomen Urheiluopisto (Finnish National Sports Institute). Follow signs to Suomen Urheiluopisto. The Reception will be on your left when you enter the grounds.
