Vintage Landing Condominiums is near the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in the community of Four Seasons Resort. The view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking. At Vintage Landing, you can have a relaxed, peaceful vacation or you can go all out for fun. The resort is in the middle of a sportsman's paradise. You can parasail, go boating or fishing and there are 45 holes of championship golf on 14 outstanding courses. With all the activities and things to do in the area, it's a great place for couples or families.

- A mandatory security deposit credit card only accepted must be supplied prior to check in information being released. Minimum age check in is 21 Non-owners: No more than 2 consecutive weeks are allowed per stay. No smoking in units, and No BBQ grills or smokers allowed or you will be fined
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Points reservations that overlap a Friday will require a unit change. There are NO SLEEPER SOFAS in the studio or hotel units. Lock-out or studio units DO NOT face the water & do not have a view of the lake. The seasonal outdoor pool is only open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The onsite pool is the only amenity available to guests.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- There are a limited number of units without stairs. Expect to climb stairs as the resort cannot guarantee a unit without them. The resort offers boat slip rentals for USD $25/night with proof of boat insurance. Boats and trailers cannot be parked onsite due to limited space.
- There is one onsite pool available and 3 additional pools.
