This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta is a luxury, all-inclusive resort that indulges your senses, just 20 minutes from the excitement of Puerto Vallarta. With a gorgeous beachfront setting, the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta is the essence of a coastal luxury all-inclusive resort. Enjoy unlimited food and beverages, nightly entertainment, 24-hour room service, and other services and amenities. It's all covered, even taxes and gratuities, at our all-inclusive luxury resort in Nuevo Vallarta. You must prepay the all-inclusive fees according to the seasonality of your travel. For High Season check-in dates between December 17 and January 4, the fees must be paid at least 45 days before the check-in date. If a reservation is not prepaid, it will NOT be eligible for the discount and may be canceled. For Low season check-in dates between January 5 and December 16, guests must prepay the all-inclusive fees at least 15 days before their scheduled check-in date. Service hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (GMT-5) and Saturday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm (GMT-5). A Legendary Vacation Club pre-collection agent may contact you to collect your all-inclusive payment. Cancellation Policies: Low season cancellations: If canceled at least 30 days before check-in, a one-night penalty will apply. Low Season in 2025 is from January 6 through December 20, except April 13-19. High Season cancellations: If canceled at least 45 days before check-in, a refund is offered. Otherwise, the fees are not refundable. High season in 2025 is December 21st through January 5th (2026), and from April 13th through April 19th. If a refund is not requested, the amount paid may be applied to another reservation at an RCD Resorts properties: Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, Hard Rock Punta Cana, as long as it is canceled 30 days before check-in.
