Confirmations made less than five days in advance will NOT be honored. It is mandatory to call the resort at least five days before check-in to arrange key delivery and provide a credit card for the mandatory utility fee. Guests arriving without notice cannot check-in. Members confirmed in units Fenice, 1, 2, or 3 MUST contact Eurohouse at +390414583903/+39 3273577222 or email eurohousesrl@gmail.com to schedule an appointment for key delivery. Smeraldo is a one-bedroom unit with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and bunk beds. Ametista 1 and 2 and Amerent1 and Amerent2 are studios with a double bed and sofa bed suitable for two adults and one child.

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
Topazio & Topazior are tiny 1 bedrooms with double bed & a sofa bed suitable only for 2 adults and 1 child. Rubino is a studio with a double bed & bunk bed not suitable for 4 adults; only 2 adults and 2 children are recommended. Guests over age 14 are required to pay an entry tax for the dates: April 25-30, May 1-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, June 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30, and July 6-7, 13-14.
