- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Please note that the unit number assigned on the confirmation could change upon arrival at the resort.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The resort no longer offers extra beds on a chargeable or complimentary basis. So guests need to strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy stated. Studio- 2 adults +1 child age of 6 years or less; 1 bedroom - 4 adults +1 kids age of 6 years or less; 2 bedrooms - 6 adults +2 kids age of 6 years or less. GST as applicable needs to be paid at the resort.
- The resort will provide two interconnecting one-bedroom units for members with a confirmed two-bedroom reservation & these units are situated on the second or third floors.
