Charges are mandatory and will be collected at check-in.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Surfing is not allowed on hotel beaches from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. No items, including surfboards, may be stored in tents. Clothes cannot be draped over the balcony or outdoor areas. - The 1 in 4 rule applies in high season (last half of December, January, February, Easter, and July) and is calculated per anniversary year. Reservations that violate this rule will be canceled. Rental confirmations are not subject to a service charge. Access to the beach pool is included in the week's use. The use of a tent must be contracted.
- The charges include an in-room safe, pool service, transportation to the beach in summer, and one hydrotherapy circuit in units for 4-6 people. The 8-person units include 2 hydrotherapy circuits. Circuits consist of a dry and wet sauna, hydromassage, and a relaxation room. Services are subject to protocols and local health regulations. If unavailable, a replacement will be provided.
