Overview
This resort is located inside Cabo del Sol, a complex with a full range of recreational and cultural amenities including two championship golf courses, a private beach and over 28 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. The resort features eight restaurants, four snack bars, five swimming pools, a snorkeling pool, gym and Cactus Spa. The resort offers a shuttle bus into Cabo San Lucas or its exclusive TEN Car Rental service. The resort has launched an incredible Meal Plan program that offers 12 different restaurant options a la carte, or buffet breakfast, lunch & three course a la carte or buffet dinner, snacks in the pool area, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Exceeding the maximum capacity of the unit is not permitted. No exceptions.
- 1 in 4 rule applies.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- 1-in-4-year rule non-owners: Members can only travel to this resort every four years and can book a maximum of two units either multiple or consecutive every four years. For owners, the 1-in-4-year rule is waived and a maximum of 2 weeks per year are allowed.
- If using a Guest Certificate, it is MANDATORY to include the guest's contact information.
- Member must arrive with printed RCI Confirmation Letter. Check-In is not available before 4:00pm, strictly enforced. A copy of your passport is required upon check-in. A Credit Card is required for deposit: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX. The unit's maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. When booking simultaneous weeks, unit proximity is not guaranteed.

- When owners at Hacienda Del Mar want to book bonus weeks or extra vacations, they can confirm only ""studio-type"" units. Area restriction: Cabo and San José owners cannot confirm this resort unless they are multi-owners of different destinations.
All Inclusive Information1
Optional All-Inclusive means you are not required to participate in all-inclusive or pay the associated fees. You will have the option to pay for all-inclusive once you arrive at the resort.
The resort requires a minimum 3-night stay with an optional meal plan offered. Child fee applies for children between 5-11 years old. Teenager fee applies for teens between 12-17 years old. Children under 4 are free. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are available as three-course à-la-carte options or buffet style when available. Fine dining options at Pitahayas and De Cortez, Moonlighting, Tapas & Expo, Independence Day, and other theme nights with selected wine lists require advance reservation. Food and beverages at the Kids Club are included as child meals, but the Kids Club Day Care fee is not included. Guests can order a Box Lunch for their off-property excursions by contacting the Concierge Desk at extension #24207 at least 24 hours in advance for menu options and delivery times. Non-alcoholic beverages are available all day during regular operating hours. An open bar with domestic and selected international branded liquors and wines is available from 11am to 10:30pm at applicable restaurants and bars during operating hours. Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day special dinner, and New Year’s Eve special dinner are available for an additional charge per person per event. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice at the resort's discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on the season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided when booking, including the number of guests traveling and their age. Guests should verify that the meal plan fee is correct on their confirmation. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the guest's responsibility. Meal plan fees are the guest's responsibility to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
