Overview
This resort is located inside Cabo del Sol, a complex with a full range of recreational and cultural amenities including two championship golf courses, a private beach and over 28 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. The resort features eight restaurants, four snack bars, five swimming pools, a snorkeling pool, gym and Cactus Spa. The resort offers a shuttle bus into Cabo San Lucas or its exclusive TEN Car Rental service. The resort has launched an incredible Meal Plan program that offers 12 different restaurant options a la carte, or buffet breakfast, lunch & three course a la carte or buffet dinner, snacks in the pool area, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Mandatory environment tax fee is 79.19 MXN for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted. Payment will be required upon check-in, per unit, per night.
- Mandatory service tax fee is 9.00 USD for all units, per night, per unit. Only Credit Cards accepted. This is a Mandatory Service Charge Fee.
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 4 % for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.

- Exceeding the maximum capacity of the unit is not permitted. No exceptions.
- 1 in 4 rule applies.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- 1-in-4-year rule non-owners: Members can only travel to this resort every four years and can book a maximum of two units either multiple or consecutive every four years. For owners, the 1-in-4-year rule is waived and a maximum of 2 weeks per year are allowed.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- If using a Guest Certificate, it is MANDATORY to include the guest's contact information.
- Member must arrive with printed RCI Confirmation Letter. Check-In is not available before 4:00pm, strictly enforced. A copy of your passport is required upon check-in. A Credit Card is required for deposit: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX. The unit's maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. When booking simultaneous weeks, unit proximity is not guaranteed.

- When owners at Hacienda Del Mar want to book bonus weeks or extra vacations, they can confirm only ""studio-type"" units. Area restriction: Cabo and San José owners cannot confirm this resort unless they are multi-owners of different destinations.
All Inclusive Information1
Optional All-Inclusive means you are not required to participate in all-inclusive or pay the associated fees. You will have the option to pay for all-inclusive once you arrive at the resort.
The All Inclusive program must be purchases by all Guests in the room. Restaurants: De Cortez and Delfines are for adults only. The All-Inclusive package must be applied for the entire duration of your stay, or for the final 3 consecutive nights of your reservation. Included: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at our restaurants and bars. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. (served by the glass during regular operating hours). Daily restocked minibar (once per day). 24-hour room service. A delivery fee applies from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - During regular hours, one complimentary order per day is included. - Additional daily orders will incur in an additional fee. - Service limits are based on the number of registered guests per room and include: one starter, one main course, up to two drinks, and one dessert per guest. Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the resort. On-site entertainment and activities, including the Kids Club. El Molino Coffee Shop. Note: soft drinks and bottled beverages are not included. Special Events & Holidays: Selected celebrations or events may carry an additional charge and are not covered under the All-Inclusive plan.
