Overview
The resort is located in the "Valle de Arán" in the western extremity of the Catalonian Pyrenees. One of its special features is that it is an Atlantic valley. There are two ski stations: Baqueira-Beret and Tuca-Malh Blanc. Baqueira Beret is located in the Alto Arán (High Arán), with an extensive area of ski runs--approximately 44 runs covering 2038 acres--at an altitude of between one and one and a half miles. These are suitable for skiers of all abilities. In addition, there are 24 ski lifts, 2 slalom stadiums, control tower and 224 snow canyons.

BY AIR: Nearest airports: Toulouse (166kms) and Barcelona (350kms). BY ROAD: From Barcelona airport take the A7/AP7 in direction of L?rida (Lleida). Then take the A-2 and exit at salida 6 to Lleida. Passing L?rida take the N-230 in direction of Viella, Val de Ar?n and France. On reaching Vielha, at 1st roundabout, turn right signposted Salardu. After 14kms you will reach Baqueira. On entering Baqueira, pass the parking area, resort is signposted on the left. FROM TOLOUSE: Take highway Tolouse St Gaudens. Then follow signs to St. Beat, Fos and Val de Aran. Once in Val de Aran, follow signs to Baqueira parking area. Resort signposted on the right.
