The resort has large studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. The units are all very spacious and all have air conditioning, cable TV, fridge & telephone.Studio units sleep 2 people with queen size bed. One bedroom units sleep 4 people with queen size bed and double pull down sofa. Two bedroom units sleep 6 people with a queen size bed, two single beds, and double pull down sofa bed. All have partial kitchen.

BY AIR: Nearest airport: Dabolim 45 kms. BY ROAD : From Mapusa (8 kms) or Panjim (16 kms) to the resort, follow signs for Calangute/Vagator beach. At Calangute church turn right, continue for 1km & turn left at cross-junction. Drive straight till you reach Arpora chapel junction, turn right, continue for 1/2 km, turn left and drive straight to Monterio. Foreigners are advised not to drive in India. BY RAIL: Nearest railway station:Thivim (1/2 hour's drive). Karmali near Old Goa is 45 minutes' drive or Margao (1 1/2 hour's drive) to the Resort. Pre-paid taxis are available at the airport and railway station.

Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
The resort no longer offers an extra bed option for free or for a fee. Members need to strictly adhere to the occupancy limits. Studios sleep up to 2 adults + 1 child 6 or under. One-bedrooms sleep up to 4 adults + 1 child 6 or under. Two-bedroom units sleep up to 6 adults + 2 children 6 and under. Essential items will be available at the resort reception area which is open 24 hours.
Swim wear attire required strictly to use pool facility. Resort will not allow members to use pool facility if clothes are not appropriate for a pool. Please contact your resort before travelling to arrange an airport transfer. Costs and details will be provided by the resort at time of enquiry. This resort is a family orientated resort.
Resort is situated on a steep hill & is therefore not recommended for people with walking difficulties. No lifts at the resort.
