NEAREST AIRPORT: Geneva-Cointrin 125km. By Road: From the airport, take the highway to Lausanne, then Montreaux, Simplon-Grand Saint Bernard. Exit at Aigle and follow signs to Leysin Les Diablerets. Once in Leysin, do not enter the village, but follow signs for the Castel Club. The reception is located in the chalet and not at Leysin Parc Hotel. Public Transport: Train to Aigle, then to Leysin. Get off at Leysin Village. You can get to the resort by stairs or call a taxi from the train station (free call)

Reception is CLOSED on Sundays. Check-in must be Monday through Saturday. Guests must arrive on Saturday during reception hours of 4 PM to 7 PM. It is not possible to check in after 7 PM or on Sundays. If arriving outside of reception hours, guests will need to contact the resort to check in the following Monday.
Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort.
Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal.
