Puerto Plata International Airport is 10 miles from the resort. From the airport turn right onto the main highway. Follow the highway to the entrance of Playa Dorada on your right. After entering, follow road to the resort.

In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).

As of July 30th 2020, the country will require all incoming international travelers to present a negative COVID-19 test result dating back no more than 5 days prior to arrival. If a traveler is unable to do so, an onsite test will be conducted by local health officials. In the event that a traveler tests positive for COVID-19 at the airport, he/she will be quarantined in a government center.

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation

Mandatory All Inclusive Program Fees are per person, per day. Adults Only Resort (must be over 18 years old). The Island is subject to occasional power outages. The water from the faucet is non-drinkable.

Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.

All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Please verify that the All-Inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-Inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
