  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • Guest Certificate Policy: must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to check-in; failure to do so will result in the guest being charged daily room rent. For late check-ins, please call the resort to facilitate a transfer - as traffic is restricted on the Mall road from 4-10pm. Transport fee applicable from 10pm to 8am, pickup/drop off to the Mall available for a fee.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
