International - New Delhi(500KM)-From Delhi,drive through Meerut-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Srinagar -Karnaprayag,Chamoli & Joshimath.Resort is 14KM from here.The 3KM road from Garhwal Mandal is in bad condition. Guests are advised to park at Garhwal Mandal & use the cable car or a 4x4 wheel drive all the way up.BY RAIL:From Delhi take the Delhi- Dehradun Shatabdi to Haridwar.From here follow the road to Joshimath at 300 Kms (10-11 Hours).During winter the roads are impassable & cable car is the only method of transport to the resort.The cable car operates direct from Joshimath & stops at Tower 8.From here the resort is a 50m walk (not suitable for the infirm or children). The last cable car operates at 16:15 hrs.

Cable car currently non-operational; alternative is the Chair car which operates: 10am to 4pm. Resort accessible only by Chair car. There are more than 150 steps from GMVN to the pickup tower for the chair car. The road leading to the resort is closed by border authorities. For members driving to resort, parking facility with fee subject to availability at GMVN or alternatively at Joshimath.

Activity charges: Skiing-1000/per person. Snow Activities (Cricket, Snow Man etc.)-2000/per person. Rock Climbing & Rippling-800/per person. Hiking to Gorson top-1000 FOR A GROUP OF 6 PERSONS. Hiking to Tapown-4000 FOR 6 PERSONS. Hiking to RR point-1000 FOR A GROUP OF 6 PERSONS. Horse Riding-1000/per person. DJ-20000 on request per night. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort

Hot water supply is limited and water supply is affected during winter due to below-zero temperatures. In case of a major electrical breakdown in the area, the resort will have generator back-up for limited hours i.e. between 8am to 10.30am & 7.30pm to 10pm. Utility fee is charged for a full week regardless of duration of stay. Quality of the resort and amenities provided are basic.
