All 204 Deluxe rooms are air-conditioned and include safety deposit boxes for your peace of mind. After a day loaded with festivities, you can count on a good night's sleep; Deluxe Standard Rooms include a queen-size bed or two double beds. Couples in Honeymoon Suites can celebrate with a complimentary bottle of wine. Studios sleep four, with privacy for two; one-bedrooms sleep six, with privacy for four and two-bedroom units sleep eight, with privacy for six.

The resort is situated at the heart of Hotel Zone, which is 16.3 miles away from Cancun International Airport. Members with ownership at any Sunset Resort, are not allowed to confirm into this resort through RCI. (This applies to regular exchanges, bonus weeks, and Extra Vacations). All-Inclusive programs cannot be combined. If you confirm a reservation under the Optional All-Inclusive Group (ID numbers 2465, C095, and 3155), you cannot confirm additional units under the Mandatory All-Inclusive Group (ID numbers 4363, A475, and 5237).

Minors under 25 years old must be accompanied by parents in the same unit. Guests are allowed to add one bed with no extra cost. Handicapped-accessible units may be available with previous request; but no guaranteed availability.

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

Mandatory resort fee includes Wi-Fi, exclusive check-in/check-out, access to Sunset Royal & Marina, a welcome fruit bowl, entertainment areas, and members-only parties. Wi-Fi service is only available in the Lobby.
