Twelve miles from the resort is Gulfport Municipal Airport. From the airport, take Hwy 49 south to Hwy 90 (3 miles). Turn left, east, on Hwy 90 (also known as Beach Blvd) and go approximately nine miles to the resort. Check-in is at the condominium office located behind the Treasure Bay Resort Hotel.

Please be advised that Royal Holiday Beach Resort is a fixed week property (Saturday to Saturday); therefore, all units are assigned at the time of confirmation. Room moves are not possible at the resort level. If a guest has a reservation that crosses over two fixed weeks, they must move rooms during their stay.
The property is situated behind the Treasure Bay Resort; therefore, there are no water views from the units. The beach on the Gulf is only a 10minute walk from the property.
Resort uses the pools that are owned by a hotel/casino. No one under the age of 21 is allowed on the hotel property, including the pools.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
