Area attractions include the Salvador Dali Museum, Great Explorations "Hands On" Children's Museum, Fort DeSoto Park, St. Petersburg Pier, Busch Gardens, the Ringling Museum Complex, seasonal dog racing, and jai alai.

- This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Do not book any reservations under 48 hours prior to the resorts check -in day which is Saturday. Resort provides resort information on our website, which is a public site that anyone can access if they wish: https://jamaicanonthegulf.com/
- Jamaican On The Gulf has a very strict pet policy which does not include emotional or therapy animals, only Service Animals that perform a service to their handler, you must contact the resort prior to arrival regarding pet policy, go to the site: jog@jamaicanonthegulf.com to access the required form.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-Noon on Sunday. The office closes for major holidays. Late arrival guests will have a key packet in our lockbox so they can gain access to their unit after hours; however, they must call during office hours to get the lockbox code. Resort always sends out a confirmation letter to the RCI guests as soon as it appears on the inbound list.
- Upon arrival Guests will have to provide one of these cards at check-in to be placed on file in the event of lost keys, damage or excessive cleaning to the unit. We only accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for parking and there is a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit – no exceptions, regardless of unit size or length of stay.
