All units are furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style with plenty of room for a maximum of six adults and children. They have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and blender. There are also two television sets, a VCR and a DVD plus free movies. Resort is not able to upgrade or change units within the reservations.
Brownsville-South Padre Island International Airport - BRO (6 Miles)
Brownsville-South Padre Int'l (6 miles) is serviced by Continental Airlines. Take Billy Mitchel Blvd to Boca Chica. Turn left and go 4 miles to Central Blvd. Turn right at Central Blvd and go about 1 mile to the resort on the left behind the Coastal Realty office. VALLEY INT'L in Harlingen,(25 miles) serviced by Southwest, Continental, and American Eagle. Take Hwy 77 south to Brownsville, exit FM802(Ruben Torres Blvd) Turn right at Ruben Torres and go 1 short block and turn left at Central Blvd. (Bus 77). Condominiums at VICC is less than a mile on right, immediately after the Media Luna intersection behind the Coastal Realty office.

Prior to owners attempting to deposit a unit in presale have them contact the resort for alternate unit and week. Check-In Saturday 4p - 6p only. Monday thru Friday 9a - 12 noon only. Resort does not allow early check-in on Saturday.

No elevators; ODD unit #'s do not require stairs; Even unit #'s are on the 2nd level & require stairs. Units 1106,608,703,704,and 806 are the only available timeshare units at the resort. Any questions refer the member to the resort.
All inbounds must be 25 yrs of age unless accompanied by a parent.
