- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Room heaters available for a fee.

- Pickup facility available for a fee from Railway station, Coimbatore Airport and Ooty Bus stop. Linen change is once in 3days, for frequent change additional fee applicable.
