From the airport follow the highway across the Tasman Bridge into Hobart. After crossing the bridge stay in the left lane which will lead into Davey Street. Remain in the left lane up Davey Street turning left when you reach Antill Street traffic lights. This leads into Regent Street. From Strahan or Devonport (The Brass Strait Ferry). Cross the Derwent River and turn left on to Brooker Highway which leads to Hobart. Coming into Hobart City keep in the left lane which will bring you into Davey Street. Follow Davey Street up the hill turning left into Antill Street at the traffic lights (just after 'Hungry Jacks'). This leads to Regent Street. On the left hand side, on the corner of Queen and Regent Street is the carpark (entrance off Regent Street).

There are no telephones in the units and the closest public phone is approximately 50m walk from the resort. There is onsite parking at the resort for each unit and there is parking on the road in front of the building. Reception hours are Friday 8am-noon then 2pm-7pm. Monday to Thursday 8am-noon then 2pm-5pm. Saturday 8am-1pm and Sunday 9am - 1pm.
If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement of the resort that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
It is Holiday Concepts policy that all guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Certificate. Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certifiate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
