- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse to check in for any schoolies bookings at the guests' expense. Regent Park reception will no longer be opening on Sundays.
- If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement of the resort that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
- It is Holiday Concepts policy that all guests of RCI members must provide an RCI Guest Certificate, or the guest will be required to pay a $100 fee to the resort at check-in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- There are no telephones in the units and the nearest public phone is a 50 m walk from the resort. The resort offers onsite parking for guests, and additional parking is available on the road in front of the building. Please be aware there are certain border restrictions. The reception desk hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-7 pm, Saturday 9 am-12:00 pm, and closed on Sunday.
