- **Members with ownership at any Sunset Resort, are not allow to confirm into this resort thru RCI (neither regular exchange, bonus weeks or extra vacations). All Inclusive programs cannot be combined, if you confirm a reservation under the Optional Group IDs 2465, C095 & 3155 you cannot confirm additional units under the Mandatory Group IDs 4363, A475 & 5237.
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Mandatory resort fee includes Wi-Fi, exclusive check-in/check-out, access to Sunset Royal & Marina, a welcome fruit bowl, entertainment areas, and members-only parties. Wi-Fi service is only available in the Lobby.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All Inclusive Program A minimum 4 night stay is required. Minimum Occupancy Required: 2 Adults paying AI in Studio Units and 4 Adults paying AI in 1 and 2 Bedroom Units. Child fee applies for children between 6-12 years old. Minors under 25 years old must be accompanied by parent(s) in same room. Fees are subject to change without previous notice. The program includes all meals, snacks, premium alcoholic drinks, entertainment, shows, non-motorized water sports, and more. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Please verify that the All-Inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-Inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
