Overview

Besides just being steps away from the beautiful Gulf waters, the Penthouses at Gulf Stream offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, picnic and playground area, as well as bicycles for guest use. For golf enthusiasts, there are more than 15 exciting and challenging championship golf courses in Manatee County. Tennis courts also are available in the area. At the end of a busy day, there is no finer place than The Penthouses at Gulf Stream to enjoy a spectacular West Coast Florida sunset.
