Welcome to Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, our incredible all-inclusive hotel in Riviera Maya! We combine luxury and satisfaction with beautiful tropical views and a private white sandy beach. We now have a water park called Rockaway Bay. We offer a Rock Shop® plus luxury tents, and two pools, including a children's pool, snorkeling, paddling, and kayaking on the private beach of this seaside paradise. Guests can use our Body Rock® Fitness Center which is our state-of-the-art gym, with weight training equipment. Children can enjoy a piece of paradise at the Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club™which offers activities, games, crafts, and music for younger guests, and The Cavern Music Lab is a fun lounge for your teenagers. Guests can also enjoy the Club Slide, tennis courts, bicycles, and a climbing wall.

Other Information
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Contact the property directly for special requests by email at: customercarervm@hrhrivieramaya.com. Please include the following in your email: the full name on the reservation, your reservation number, account number, travel dates, the exact property you are traveling to, and the information regarding your special needs.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Legendary or Palace Premier owners with active or inactive memberships and RCI memberships beginning with (C086, 3159, C793, and F102) cannot travel to any all-inclusive Hard Rock properties, and all violations will be canceled. They can travel to Hard Rock in Tenerife only (DE27, DG31, and DG32).
- Pet-friendly resort for dogs and cats ONLY, for a fee. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room, and the weight limit is 18 kilos/50 pounds per pet. Guests bringing a pet (or pets) MUST sign an agreement upon check-in.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

The resort reflects our Mexican heritage and cosmopolitan flair. Enjoy Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and our authentic all-inclusive program. Mandatory 7-day All-Inclusive Program. Please note that guests MUST PREPAY the all-inclusive fees for their stay at the Hard Rock Hotels according to the seasonality of their travel dates. For HIGH SEASON reservations the all-inclusive fees must be paid at least 45 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled check-in date. If the fees are not prepaid, you will NOT be eligible for the discount pricing, and your reservation may be canceled. For LOW SEASON reservations the all-inclusive fees must be prepaid at least 15 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled check-in date. A Legendary Vacation Club pre-collection agent may contact you to collect your all-inclusive payment. Complimentary round-trip airport transfers must be requested by email at transfercancun@rcdhotels.com a minimum of ten days before the scheduled check-in date and must include all guests’ names, flight numbers, and arrival and departure dates and times. If your reservation is made less than ten days in advance or if your stay is reserved for less than three nights, complimentary transportation is not provided. Cancellation Policies: Low Season (January 6 – December 20, excluding Holy Week): Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in: A one-night penalty applies Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: No refund High Season (December 21 – January 5, and Holy Week): Cancellations made 45+ days before check-in: Full refund Cancellations made less than 45 days before check-in: No refund If a refund is not requested, the amount paid may be applied to a future reservation at any RCD resort, including: Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, and Hard Rock Punta Cana.
