All Inclusive Information¹

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Please note that guests MUST PREPAY the all-inclusive fees for their stay at the Hard Rock Hotels according to the seasonality of their travel dates. For HIGH SEASON reservations from December 17 to January 4, the all-inclusive fees must be paid at least 45 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled check-in date. If the fees are not prepaid, you will NOT be eligible for the discount pricing, and your reservation may be canceled. For LOW SEASON reservations from January 5 to December 16, the all-inclusive fees must be prepaid at least 15 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled check-in date. Service hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (GMT-5) and Saturday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm (GMT-5). A Legendary Vacation Club pre-collection agent may contact you to collect your all-inclusive payment. Complimentary round-trip airport transfers must be requested by email at transfercancun@rcdhotels.com a minimum of ten days before the scheduled check-in date and must include all guests’ names, flight numbers, and arrival and departure dates and times. If your reservation is made less than ten days in advance or if your stay is reserved for less than three nights, complimentary transportation is not provided. Cancellation Policies: Low season cancellations: If a reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in, a one-night penalty will apply. The Low Season in 2025 is from January 6 through December 20, except for April 13 through April 19. High Season cancellations: If a reservation is canceled at least 45 days before check-in, a refund is offered. Otherwise, the fees are not refundable. The high season in 2025 is from December 21st through January 5th, 2026, and from April 13th through April 19th. If a refund is not requested, the amount paid may be applied to another reservation at an RCD resort, including Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, Hard Rock Punta Cana, as long as
