Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. Other Information

**Members with ownership at any Sunset Resort, are not allow to confirm into this resort thru RCI (neither regular exchange, bonus weeks or extra vacations).

Minors under 25 years old must be accompanied by parents in the same unit.Allowed to add one bed with no cost. Handicap units with previous request.

Mandatory resort fee includes Wi-Fi, exclusive check-in/check-out, a welcome fruit bowl, entertainment areas, and members-only parties.

Reservations confirmed less than 7 days before the check-in date must be notified to the resort.

All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

There is a 3% state lodging tax.
