• Please be advised that this resort complies with local Health & Safety laws however does not meet UK ABTA standards
• Please be informed that housekeeping and cleaning services are provided every other day instead of every day.

• Resort reception working hours are Monday - Saturday from 8am to 4pm. Sunday is closed.
• To pre-arrange the room key pickup and check-in outside reception hours, guests MUST provide arrival details including flight date, time, number, and expected time of arrival to the resort at least 3 days before the check-in date.
