La Casella Eco Resort is situated at the junction of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, approximately 15 minutes from the A1 motorway linking Rome and Florence. The estate lies within the Monte Peglia World Biosphere Reserve – a UNESCO MAB site. Ancient stone farmhouses, restored in keeping with their original architecture, now form a small, scattered village nestled in the heart of nature. Guests can experience the authentic atmosphere of Italian country life, with the chance to sample the cuisine and wines from local vineyards, take walks through woods and hills, or go horse riding in the countryside. Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 70 EUR, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Heating cost from Nov 1 through March 31, or outside these dates if guests need it.
- Mandatory club card fee is 30.00 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. To be paid at check-in. Children under 12 are free.

A mandatory heating fee is required for stays between November 1 and March 31. The heating fee is also charged outside this timeframe if a guest wants to heat their unit during their stay.

- Reception hours are 8:30 am-8:30 pm. Check-in time is 5 pm-8:30 pm. Some units are only accessible by stairs.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Units with a Sunday start date are 300 m from the reception area, and units with a Saturday start date are either 1200 m or 1500 m from the reception area. The reception desk closes at 8:30 pm. If arriving after 8:30 pm, guests must notify the resort in advance and pay a mandatory late check-in fee. No mobile phone coverage is available at the resort.
