Resort Fees
- Key fee is 35.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. If key is lost.

Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 125.00 U.S. dollars for 3 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- Please be advised that Holiday Beach Resort - Phase II is a fixed week property (Saturday to Saturday) ; therefore, all units are assigned at the time of confirmation. Room moves are not possible at the resort level. If a guest has a reservation that crosses over two fixed weeks, they must move rooms during their stay. The units do not offer a water view.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
