Overview
Located an hour south of Charleston, South Carolina, Wyndham Ocean Ridge II offers guests a relaxing vacation, strolling the beach, playing a round of golf, or taking one of the tours around the island or in nearby Charleston. Hundreds of wooded acres are the backdrop to a range of amenities & recreational facilities. In addition to the 18-hole championship golf course, the resort features 3 outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, a playground, a game room, a fitness center, and a miniature golf course. There is an onsite restaurant, a "Get Out & Play" Activities Program, as well as fishing and sailing excursions. The resort has a tram (April thru October) that brings guests to the nearby beach where you can lounge at the Wyndham's exclusive beach cabanas or enjoy exciting water sports.

Wyndham Ocean Ridge units have a rustic exterior, but a modern interior. Units are air-conditioned with cable TV, a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and some have a hot tub. One-bedroom units for 4 have a queen bed, a queen sleep sofa, and one bath. Two-bedroom units for 6 have a king bed, a queen bed OR 2 twin beds, a queen sleep sofa, and two baths. Two-bedroom units with a loft for 8 have two queen beds, a double bed, a queen sleep sofa, and two baths, OR a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, a queen sleep sofa, and 2 baths. There are STAIRS to access all units, and some have STAIRS leading to the bedrooms. Unit views will vary. Pets, motorcycles, boats, and RVs are NOT allowed. There are bike rentals onsite. A car is suggested to enjoy the area. Contact the resort if arriving after 8pm. Front desk hours are 7am-9pm M-TH and until 11pm on weekends.

Charleston, SC - CHS (55 Miles)
Wyndham Ocean Ridge is located on Edisto Island, 45 miles South of Charleston and 95 miles North of Savannah. From Charleston, take US Hwy. 17 South to State Hwy 174 East. Travel 22 miles to Wyndham Ocean Ridge. As you enter the town, turn Right on Jungle Rd. Go to the stop sign and turn Right. Go 3/4 of a mile and turn Left into the Ocean Ridge entrance. From Savannah, take I-95 to Point South Exit 33 to US Hwy. 17 through Jacksonboro, and cross the Edisto River. Go six miles and turn Right on State Hwy. 174 East. Proceed as above. Driving distance is 2 1/2 hours to Hilton Head and 3 1/2 hours to Myrtle Beach.
