The air-conditioned hotel units sleep two guests with a king bed or two double beds, a bathroom complete with a bathtub, a small terrace, TV, Internet, a mini fridge, hair dryer, vanity mirror, iron and ironing board, and a safety deposit box. A coffee maker is available for a fee. Hotel units sleep up to two adults and two children under age 12. The air-conditioned one-bedroom units sleep four or five guests with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. These units also feature a dining room, a partial kitchen with cooking items and dishes, a full bath, a half bath, two TVs, a full-sized refrigerator, and a safety deposit box. The two-bedroom units sleep six to eight guests and are a combined hotel and one-bedroom unit with a connecting door and terrace. These units are best suited for six adults and two children.

Puerto Vallarta Airport is located one mile away from the Mayan Palace Puerto Vallarta. From the airport, take the highway towards Puerto Vallarta, turn Right into Marina Vallarta, and follow the signs to Vidanta. After payments, members can schedule the transfer at least 5 days prior to the arrival date and pre-register at https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home.
