From Cancun International Airport take a right on the Federal Highway in the direction of Tulum, and approximately 81 miles ahead you will find the entrance to the resort on your left-hand side. You must pass through Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and Xel-Ha. The resort is located on kilometer 234.

Resort no longer has 1BR or 2BR units available. Members exchanging into a 1BR unit will be assigned 2 Hotel units. Members exchanging into a 2BR unit will be assigned 3 Hotel units.

All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
Mandatory All Inclusive Program Fees. There are Minimum Occupancy requirements of 2 Adults in Hotel units, 4 Adults in 1Bedroom units and 6 Adults in 2Bedroom units. Children 3-12 years old pay US$60 per night. Mandatory New Years Eve (December 31st) Supplement of US$70 per Adult and US$50 per Child. The program includes all meals, beverages and non-motorized water sports. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Please verify that the All-Inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. All-Inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
