Other Information
- A mandatory Half-Board meal fee is required for breakfast and dinner. In 2025 the rate for adults is R$283 and for children ages 5-11 years, it is R$141.50 per day per pax. Advance payments made within 7 days of finalizing reservations offer guests a 15% discount. Call (62) 4000-1300 or (800) 940-7782 to pay the fee. Pool towel rentals are R$15 per person, paid at check-in.
- Changing guests in the same apartment during the stay is not allowed. RCI Members benefit from access to exclusive areas of the Aviva Vacation Club, subject to scheduling and usage rules. Please inquire at check-in. Certain private spaces at Casa Residence Club are not included.
- Children up to 4 years old are exempt from the Water Park fee. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Rio Quente Owners are exempt from the water park fee if their contract is active with AVIVA. Early Check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed, and if available, an additional fee of R$272 per hour is charged, and meals and drinks are not included during these extra times.

- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.

- The Half-Board meal plan fee can be paid with cash or a credit card. Guests can check the rates for Christmas and New Year's Eve meals 15 days before check-in. The Water Park fees for 2025 are per person for all guests and rates are R$356 for one, R$684 for two, R$986 for three, R$1,265 for four, R$1,520 for five, R$1,755 for six.
