The closest airport is the Ontario International Airport, which is 48 miles from the resort. Take Freeway 215 north to San Bernardino. When freeway splits get onto 30 east toward Mountain Resorts. Stay on 30 east to 330 Running Springs. Follow signs saying Lake Arrowhead, go south on HWY 18. Once you pass Rim of the World High School, at the second street merge onto Daley Canyon and make a right. At the stop sign go straight and follow the road into Blue Jay Village. At the next stop sign turn left onto North Bay Road. Stay on road for about 2 miles. On the left is the entrace to resort. A sign "Arrowhead Lake Estates and NorthBay" mark entrance. Enter #050 on keypad to open gate.

All units are accessible only by stairs. Many units also have stairs inside the units.
As of 01/02/2023, the resort will only offer contactless check-in. Check-in communication will be sent via text, so all inbound guests need to provide a mobile number. The resort staff will call the day of check-in to collect the $100 security deposit. We ask that guests reach out to the resort at 909-336-4500 if they have not heard from the resort by the day before arrival.
