Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 17.75 U.S. dollars, per person, per stay, . Only Credit Cards accepted. Foreigners must complete form & payment at https://visitax.gob.mx prior to departure.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory environment tax fee is 33.94 local currency . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Environmental Tax is per unit, per night.
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 3 % . Cash or Credit is accepted.

- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All Inclusive Program for Couples (Man & Woman) over 21 years old. The program includes all meals, national drinks, non-motorized water sports, activities & entertainment. The program also includes 10% discount in Spa services. *VIP Premier services are only for members of Premier by Original Resort. Different fees apply during the same week confirmed & will be charged daily according to each stay. * Six Night Stays minimum includes transportation to and from the resort. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling.
