The one-bedroom 5/4 unit features a king bed only, a living room, a dining room, a partial kitchen with complete kitchen items, 1.5 bathrooms, a private swimming pool on the terrace, air conditioning, 2 TVs, a pull-out couch, a full-size refrigerator, and a safety deposit box.
