- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite, including within units, communal areas, and all shared facilities. Penalties apply. Dog-friendly Unit: 2x Thu check-in and 2x Fri check-in (unit must 2BR/6)-Subject to availability.
- If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement of the resort that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied. Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
- It is Holiday Concepts policy that all guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Cert. Failure by the guest/s to produce a guest cert will result $100 late guest cert fee. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy. This also includes multiple units booked in the same week. White soled shoes are necessary if intending to play tennis.
- Pet-fee payment is required upon confirmation to secure a dog friendly unit. Please note also we only accept dogs, no other animals. Please note 2BR/4 units are equipped 2-burner stovetop & microwave. Some convection microwave oven. If a convection microwave oven is not available, the resort offers airfryer. Please be advised none of the 2BR/4 units are equipped with a full-size standard oven.
