Failure by the guest/s to produce a Guest Certifiate will result in the guest/s being charged $100 for a late guest certificate. Fee to be paid at check in. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement of the resort that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
