- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 160.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping fee is required for all RCI Guests with an online payment 2 weeks before arrival.

Other Information
- A credit card submission is required 2 weeks prior to arrival for the mandatory 160.00 cleaning fee for all RCI reservations. The Beach House will provide you with an online payment link 2 weeks before arrival. Arrival information will be provided after the cleaning payment has been made. Please confirm that you have provided the most up to date email address and cell number.
- All units have three levels. The swimming pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day Weekend through October 1. The Macatawa Golf Club membership is not included with guest stays.
- Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
- If your stay includes a Friday mid-week stay, the result will likely be a unit change and an additional housekeeping fee. Examples of a mid-week Friday stay are: 9 night reservation with a Friday check in with a check out on the following Sunday or a 5 night reservation Tuesday check in with a Sunday check out.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The Beach House does not have an onsite check-in office. Arrival information provided by email two weeks before arrival.
