  • Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

  • If you are arriving after our check-in time, please email the resort in advance at vriwakiki@gmail.com. Please call (808) 388-5423, if you have an after-hours emergency. This phone number is not the office phone number, and should only be used for after-hours emergencies.
  • Leisure facilities will be closed from April 7, 2025 to February 1, 2026.
  • Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-4pm, and Saturday 8am-8pm. The office is closed on Sunday and Tuesday.
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
  • The deck, pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area will be closed.
