All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory all-inclusive program is for at least two adults and a minimum 5-night stay. The entire travel party MUST stay for at least seven nights during Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Weeks. Children 7-12 years will pay 50% of the adult fee. The AI fees vary based on the day of the week and are charged daily for your stay. The program includes all meals, snacks, domestic drinks, free passes for children to Kids Club & Kids water park, pool activities for adults and children, access to the gym, and free Wi-Fi. The AI fees are ONLY valid if they are prepaid. If the member pays upon check-in, different fees may apply at the resort's discretion. All fees are based on the guest information provided when booking, including the number and age of guests. Guests need to verify that the all-inclusive fees are correct. Any change to the traveler's information may result in a difference in the fee amount, and it is the guest's responsibility to pay the all-inclusive fees within the designated timeline, which may be before arrival or upon check-in.
