The resort also has its own cable car circuit, a convenience store, gift shop, kids club, diving school, travel agency, theater, spa, fitness area, transportation 24 hours a day and - do not be surprised if your walk finds squirrels, iguanas, birds, etc, since Pacifica contains a deer reserve - a breeding ground for turtles, iguanas, crocodiles, a variety of migratory birds, and an aquapark which allows playback of marine fauna.

- 2026 stay restrictions: Members can ONLY exchange a maximum of two weeks or units per account during week 7 (February 14-20), weeks 13-14 (March 28- April 10), weeks 26-33 (June 27-August 21), week 37 (September 12-18), weeks 46-47 (November 14-27), and weeks 50-52 (December 12-January 01).
- 2027 stay restrictions: Members can ONLY confirm a maximum of two weeks or 2 multiple units per account during week 5 (January 30th - February 6), weeks 12-13 (March 20- April 3), weeks 26-34 (June 26-August 28), week 37 (September 11-18), weeks 46-47 (November 13-27), and weeks 50-52 (December 11-January 01).
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Pacifica owners cannot confirm into any Pacifica Resorts through RCI, and this restriction applies to Exchanges and Extra Vacations. The hotel requires mandatory prepayment for the All-Inclusive package.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
