All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. A minimum occupancy of 2 adults is required in Studio units and 4 adults in one-bedroom units (2 Connected Studios). For the Christmas and New Year weeks, there is a mandatory 7-night stay requirement. Reservations from December 20th to January 4th MUST pay all-inclusive fees at least 90 days prior to the check-in date. Children's Fees apply to those aged 4-12 years old, and adolescents are considered to be aged 13-15. All units in the Ambassador phase have ocean views. The program includes unlimited food and beverages, 24-hour suite service, and taxes. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. The resort reserves the right to change fees without notice, and fees may vary based on the travel season, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are determined based on the information provided at the time of booking, including the number and ages of the guests. Please ensure that the all-inclusive fee on your confirmation is accurate based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to traveler information may result in a difference in the fee amount, which is the guest's responsibility. All-inclusive fees must be paid within the designated timeline the confirmed resort provides, which may be prior to arrival or upon check-in.
