The mandatory electricity and gas fees are R$71.50 each per week. A 5th person is R$85 and R$60 for the 6th person. The maximum capacity of the unit is 6 people. Child under 5 years old is free, but count as one person in the unit. The parking fee is R$40. Extra fees apply for cleaning the kitchen R$28, and the barbecue R$23.

Hydro pools closed for maintenance from 11/05 to 11/12/23. Only the external pool is open.
