- Breakfast is not included. Studio and hotel units have no privacy.
- Hydro pools closed for maintenance from 11/05 to 11/12/23. Only the external pool is open. For more information on the restrictions and security protocols applied by the hotel, please contact the Reception at (47) 3368-2266. Please call the hotel if you plan to arrive at a different time/date than listed.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Information for deposits: Members who want to request a Weeks Deposit must contact by email: reservas@hotelresidencialitapema.com.br.
- RCI and its related entities shall not have any liability related to individual resorts’ on-site COVID-19 testing (or absence of on-site COVID-19 testing).
- The mandatory electricity and gas fees are R$71.50 each per week. A 5th person is R$85 and R$60 for the 6th person. The maximum capacity of the unit is 6 people. Child under 5 years old is free, but count as one person in the unit. The parking fee is R$40. Extra fees apply for cleaning the kitchen R$28, and the barbecue R$23.
