- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

- Sirenis owners cannot confirm into Sirenis (Ultimate Leisure Club) properties thru RCI, neither with regular exchanges or extra vacations. Sirenis property IDs are: C180, C415, C525, DN32, DO05 & DN47.
- The 1-bedroom unit sleeping up to 6 is composed of a studio sleeping 2 & a studio sleeping 4 (no privacy), without a connecting door.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All-Inclusive Program. The program offers a wide range of services, including non-motorized water sports, tennis, bicycles, a kids club, 8 a la carte restaurants (the gourmet restaurant has an extra cost), a gym and much more. Only 3 dinner reservations are allowed for every 7 nights of stay in a la carte restaurants; the rest of the nights you can enjoy the buffet restaurants with theme nights.
