Overview
While vacationing at Great Smokies Lodge, enjoy the indoor & outdoor water parks, indoor children's pool, restaurant, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, and miniature golf. *There is a charge for amenities.* (You won't have access to Smoky Mountain Resort.) The water park is for owners and RCI guests of the resort only, and hours vary by season. The outdoor water park is open June through August or as weather permits. Water park passes are limited to max occupancy, and additional passes can be purchased. The resort shuts down amenities in late November or early December for annual maintenance. Please call the resort for specific dates.

Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Fee is for less than 7 nights. Current rate $105 till end of year. New rate effective January 2025.

- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
