The Hotel 02/02 (COL Deluxe) units accommodate only two adults and can have a King or two double beds. The Studio 04/02 (COL Junior Suite) units accommodate three adults, two adults with two children, or two adults with one child and have a King bed.
Airport Location
Cancun - CUN (0 Miles)
Take Chetumal-Puerto Juarez road towards Tulum. You will drive by Puerto Morelos Town, Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras. If you keep on driving for 10 more minutes, you will find the Hotel on the left side of the road. You can take the bus at the Cancun airport, ADO bus towards Playa del Carmen, and after that take a taxi from Playa del Carmen to the Hotel Grand Palladium. The resort is about 50 miles away from the airport. The cost of the taxi is about US$65.

All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, with a minimum occupancy of 2 adults per unit. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. Children under 2 are free. The all-inclusive program includes daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet restaurants of Kantenah and Colonial, and unlimited à la carte dinners at specialty restaurants. Additionally, 24-hour snacks are available at the Beach Bar, along with continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, and afternoon tea at El Gran Azul restaurant. Guests can enjoy unlimited international and national drinks at all restaurants and bars. Fees are to be paid directly to the resort and are subject to change without notice. The fees may vary depending on the travel season, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided when booking, including the number and age of guests. It's important to verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in the fee amount, which is the guest's responsibility. The guest must pay all-inclusive fees within the designated timeframe set by the confirmed resort, whether it is before arrival or upon check-in.
