- All guests MUST contact the resort at least one week prior to their arrival and provide the names and ages of their guests in advance, with no exceptions. - Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Palladium Travel Club members cannot exchange into any Palladium Resorts through RCI. The resort participates in the all-inclusive fee prepayment program.
