- 2 bedroom 08/04 units allow a maximum 6 adults + 2 children; units do NOT allow 7 or 8 adults occupying the space. A minimum of 3 adults is required.
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The minimum occupancy requirement is 3 adults for 2-bedroom units and 2 adults for all other unit types. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. Children under 2 are free. Fees are to be paid directly to the resort and are subject to change without notice. The fees may vary depending on the travel season, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided when booking, including the number and age of guests. It's important to verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in the fee amount, which is the guest's responsibility. The guest must pay all-inclusive fees within the designated timeframe set by the confirmed resort, whether it is before arrival or upon check-in.
