The Hotel 04/02 (WS Junior Suite) unit can accommodate three adults, two adults with one child, or two adults with two children. It includes a king bed plus a sofa bed or two double beds plus a sofa bed. The one-bedroom 04/02 (WS Suite) can accommodate three adults, two adults with one child, or two adults with two children. It features a king bed plus a sofa bed in the living room. The two-bedroom 08/04 unit (WS Connecting Suite) combines a Hotel and one-bedroom units, accommodating a minimum of three adults or a maximum of six adults with two children. It does not allow 7 or 8 adults in one room. One room includes a king bed plus a sofa bed, while the other has two double beds plus a sofa bed.

Airport Location

Cancun - CUN (0 Miles)

Take Chetumal-Puerto Juarez road towards Tulum. You will drive by Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras. If you keep on driving for ten more minutes you will find the hotel on the left side of the road. You can take the bus at the Cancun Airport. Take the ADO bus towards Playa del Carmen where you can take a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel is about 80 Km. The cost is about US$65.

All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

Pool will be closed from August 10, 2024 to December 15, 2024.

Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.

The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The minimum occupancy requirement is 3 adults for 2-bedroom units and 2 adults for all other unit types. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. Children under 2 are free. Fees are to be paid directly to the resort and are subject to change without notice. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in the fee amount, which is the guest's responsibility.
