Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa offers Mayan-style bungalows, 422 spacious guest rooms, terraces overlooking the resort's gardens, and bathrooms with deep soaking hydromassage tubs, hairdryers, and magnified mirrors. The hotel units have either one king bed or two double beds, and the studio units come with one king bed or two double beds and a sofa bed. The hotel units 04/02 can sleep either three adults, two adults with two children, or three adults with one child. The studio units that accommodate 04/02 guests can hold three adults, two adults with two children, or three adults with one child.

Take Chetumal-Puerto Juarez road towards Tulum. You will drive by Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras. If you keep on driving for 10 more minutes you will find the Hotel on the left side of the road. You can take the bus at the Cancun Int'l airport, ADO bus towards Playa del Carmen and after that, take a taxi from Playa del Carmen to the Hotel Grand Palladium. The resort is about 50 miles away from the airport. The cost of the taxi is about US$65.
