All 1BR units, and 2BR units sleeping 8, offer a galley style kitchen just inside the front door, with table seating for 3 people and a minimal amount of counter space. Studio units do not have a hot tub or a washer & dryer. 2BR units that sleep 8 do not offer a balcony or patio. Units are assigned upon arrival. All units are non-smoking. Units are not oceanfront and do not have ocean views.
